● COMMUNITY

Beyond the workforce. Into the community.

TTS Academy is more than a workforce institution. We bring our standard of care to the families, schools, and neighborhoods that make up our region — building safer, more capable communities from the ground up.

Youth STEM Pipeline

Opening eyes to what's possible before the world tells them otherwise.

Hands-on exposure to technology and infrastructure careers for young learners. The Youth STEM Pipeline is where TTS Academy starts the conversation early — showing kids what a career in modern critical infrastructure can look like, before they're told it's not for them.

What It Looks Like

  • Age-appropriate exposure to HVAC, IT, electrical, and AI environments
  • Real tools, real demonstrations, real career stories
  • Partnerships with local schools, libraries, and youth organizations
  • Identity-affirming, representation-aware curriculum design

Gaming & Technology

Gaming is how we get them in the door. Infrastructure is how they build a career.

A youth on-ramp into the STEM pipeline through the technology they already love. Gaming meets kids where they are — then opens the door to the broader world of careers in IT, networking, computing infrastructure, electrical systems, and AI. It's not a distraction from the trades. It's the on-ramp.

What It Looks Like

  • Game-design and game-tech introductory workshops
  • "Behind the game" sessions on networks, servers, GPUs, and cooling
  • Career pathways from gaming interest into IT and infrastructure roles
  • Mentorship pairing kids with working professionals
